Why Do I Still Struggle? | Word on Wednesdays | South Gwinnett Baptist Church
Have you ever found yourself doing things you know you should not do, or struggling with habits and thoughts you thought you had already overcome? If becoming a Christian makes us a new creation, why does the battle still feel so real?
This week we will explore the honest struggle that every believer faces between the old life and the new life. Through Romans 7:15–25, Galatians 5:16–17, and Romans 8:1, we will discover that struggle is not proof that God has abandoned us—it is often evidence that a spiritual battle is taking place within us. More importantly, we will learn where true victory comes from and why there is hope for every believer who is in Christ.
